Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dredge each chicken breast in olive oil, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the coated chicken in a baking dish in a single layer.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and top with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Serve hot and allow to sit for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
