Instructions
- Steam the cauliflower florets for 5-7 minutes until tender but still firm.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and season with salt and pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine the steamed cauliflower with the dressing and toss to coat.
- Fold in the chopped parsley and sliced almonds (if using).
- Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve chilled, garnished with cherry tomatoes if desired.
Notes
