- 4 cups Powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup Marshmallow fluff
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2–4 tablespoons Heavy cream or milk
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter on medium speed until creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing on low speed until well combined.
- Increase mixer speed to medium and beat until fluffy.
- Add marshmallow fluff, vanilla, and salt, blending until well combined and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- If the frosting is too thick, add heavy cream or milk, one tablespoon at a time, beating until desired texture is achieved.
- Use the frosting immediately to coat cakes, cupcakes, or cookies.
Notes
To avoid melting, ensure cake is completely cooled before frosting. If frosting appears grainy, check that sugar is fully mixed.
