Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips and marshmallows.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still soft.
  8. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the warm cookies and allow it to set slightly.
  9. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
