  • 1 tsp extra lemon zest (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base: Crush graham crackers in a food processor and mix with melted butter, sugar, and salt. Press into the bottom of a lined 9×9-inch baking dish.
  2. Make the Filling: Blend softened cream cheese and sifted powdered sugar until smooth. Add lemon juice, zest, and vanilla; mix well. Fold in sour cream.
