Description

Delicious and quick energy balls made with oats, peanut butter, honey, and M&Ms, perfect for a healthy snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1 heavy tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup M&Ms

Instructions

  1. Prepare your space by lining a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, peanut butter, honey, ground flaxseed, chia seeds, sea salt, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in M&Ms and mix again until evenly distributed.
  4. Using a scoop, pack the mixture tightly and form it into balls on the cookie sheet.
  5. Chill the cookie sheet in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
  6. Once chilled, enjoy your delightful energy balls.
