- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
- 1 heavy tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup M&Ms
Instructions
- Prepare your space by lining a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, peanut butter, honey, ground flaxseed, chia seeds, sea salt, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in M&Ms and mix again until evenly distributed.
- Using a scoop, pack the mixture tightly and form it into balls on the cookie sheet.
- Chill the cookie sheet in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
- Once chilled, enjoy your delightful energy balls.
