- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, marinara sauce, egg, minced garlic, and dried Italian herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
- Mold the mixture into a loaf shape and transfer to a baking dish.
- Optional: Top with additional marinara sauce and breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For enhanced flavor, consider adding Worcestershire sauce or sautéed vegetables. Mini meatloaves can also be made for lunches.
