- 8 oz angel hair pasta
- 1 cup black olives, sliced
- 1 cup shaved carrots
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing
- 1 tsp Cavender’s Greek seasoning
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package directions in heavily salted boiling water until tender but still a bit firm.
- Drain the pasta and rinse under cold running water to cool it down.
- Slice the black olives, shave the carrots, and halve the cherry tomatoes while the pasta cools.
- In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and Italian dressing, then mix in the Greek seasoning.
- Add the cooled pasta and veggies to the dressing and gently fold everything together.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
Notes
Consider substituting regular mayonnaise with a low-fat version or Greek yogurt for a lighter option. You can also use whole wheat or gluten-free pasta.
