- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and peanut butter until smooth.
- Gradually add in the chocolate chips and stir until well distributed.
- Spoon the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, keeping space between each.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
Make sure your butter is at room temperature for best results. Don’t skip the parchment paper for easy removal.
