Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until well combined.
- Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly over a large piece of plastic wrap and roll it into a log shape. Freeze for about 2 hours.
- Once set, melt the chocolate chips and drizzle over the frozen roll.
- Slice the roll into pieces and serve.
