Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Brush the flatbread with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Layer the sliced pear, Brie cheese, and dollops of cranberry sauce on the flatbread.
- Sprinkle fresh thyme on top.
