Description

A delightful dish that combines sweet and savory flavors with fresh pears, creamy Brie, and tart cranberry sauce, all elevated by aromatic thyme.


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
  • Brie cheese, sliced
  • Cranberry sauce
  • Fresh thyme
  • Flatbread or naan

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Brush the flatbread with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Layer the sliced pear, Brie cheese, and dollops of cranberry sauce on the flatbread.
  4. Sprinkle fresh thyme on top.
  5. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese melts and starts to bubble.
  6. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.

Notes
