- 1 package of graham crackers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 can (15 oz) pecan pie filling
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and powdered sugar, mixing until smooth. Gently fold in whipped cream.
- Layer graham crackers in a rectangular dish to cover the bottom.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the graham crackers.
- Add another layer of graham crackers on top.
- Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture evenly over the second layer of graham crackers.
- Top with pecan pie filling.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours.
- Slice into squares and serve cold.
