Description

A delightful twist on the classic pecan pie, blending creamy cheesecake textures with rich pecan flavors in a layered no-bake dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 can (15 oz) pecan pie filling
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and powdered sugar, mixing until smooth. Gently fold in whipped cream.
  2. Layer graham crackers in a rectangular dish to cover the bottom.
  3. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the graham crackers.
  4. Add another layer of graham crackers on top.
  5. Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture evenly over the second layer of graham crackers.
  6. Top with pecan pie filling.
  7. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours.
  9. Slice into squares and serve cold.
