Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a bowl, combine the light brown sugar and all-purpose flour, mixing until soft.
- Add the roughly chopped pecans, mixing gently until well coated.
- Distribute the mixture evenly into the muffin tin, filling each liner about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before serving.
