- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, mixing just until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips with a spatula.
- Cover the dough and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Roll dough into 1 to 1.5 inch balls and coat each in powdered sugar.
- Place dough balls on the baking sheet with space in between.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges look set but centers remain soft.
- Let cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
