Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup shelled pistachios, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Pan: Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, white chocolate chips, and butter. Stir until melted and smooth.
  3. Add Vanilla and Pistachios: Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract and half of the chopped pistachios.
  4. Pour and Spread: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
