- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente.
- Drain the pasta and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring gently until simmering.
- Whisk in the Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Stir in the shredded rotisserie chicken.
- Combine the drained pasta with the sauce, tossing to coat.
- Serve immediately with extra Parmesan or fresh parsley.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute creamy ingredients with yogurt and low-sodium broth. Add veggies for extra nutrition.
