Description

A creamy indulgence of rotisserie chicken combined with luscious Alfredo sauce over perfectly cooked fettuccine pasta.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Drain the pasta and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
  4. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring gently until simmering.
  6. Whisk in the Parmesan cheese until melted.
  7. Stir in the shredded rotisserie chicken.
  8. Combine the drained pasta with the sauce, tossing to coat.
  9. Serve immediately with extra Parmesan or fresh parsley.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute creamy ingredients with yogurt and low-sodium broth. Add veggies for extra nutrition.
