Delicious and easy-to-make Sheetpan Burger Sliders that are perfect for gatherings or weeknight dinners.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 12 slider buns
- 6 slices cheddar cheese
- Toppings of your choice (lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Shape the beef mixture into small, uniform patties and place on a parchment-lined sheet pan.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
- In the last few minutes of baking, add a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty.
- Remove from the oven and assemble the sliders with your chosen toppings.
Notes
Add Worcestershire sauce for extra flavor. Consider a ‘slider bar’ for customizable toppings.
