Description

Delicious and easy-to-make Sheetpan Burger Sliders that are perfect for gatherings or weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 12 slider buns
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • Toppings of your choice (lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Shape the beef mixture into small, uniform patties and place on a parchment-lined sheet pan.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  5. In the last few minutes of baking, add a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty.
  6. Remove from the oven and assemble the sliders with your chosen toppings.

Notes

Add Worcestershire sauce for extra flavor. Consider a ‘slider bar’ for customizable toppings.
