- Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef, chopped onion, and minced garlic. Cook until the beef is fully browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain any excess grease.
- Stir in the can of diced tomatoes, cumin, salt, and pepper. Let this mixture cook for about 5 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low, add in the cottage cheese and shredded cheese. Stir until melted together.
- Transfer to a serving dish and serve warm with tortilla chips.
