Description

A decadent twist on the classic campfire treat, S’mores Fluff combines gooey marshmallows, rich chocolate, and crunchy graham crackers into a delightful dessert.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 (3.4-oz.) package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 8 oz. snack-size Hershey’s Chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 2 (8-oz.) containers of Cool Whip
  • 8 oz. mini marshmallows
  • 4 oz. crushed graham crackers
  • Whole graham crackers for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, pour in the whole milk and sprinkle in the instant chocolate pudding mix. Whisk them together until smooth.
  2. Allow the mixture to sit for about 2 minutes, giving it time to thicken into a luscious, velvety pudding.
  3. Gently fold in the broken Hershey’s chocolate pieces until well-distributed.
  4. In a separate small bowl, fold the Cool Whip and mini marshmallows together.
  5. In a large bowl, alternate scoops of the chocolate mixture and the marshmallow mixture.
  6. Finally, fold in the crushed graham crackers gently.
  7. Serve immediately with whole graham crackers on the side for dipping.
