- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 200g grilled beef, sliced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat and sauté garlic and ginger for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a gentle boil. Stir in gochujang and soy sauce until well mixed.
- Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions (3-4 minutes) until tender yet chewy.
- Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream to create a creamy sauce.
- Gently add grilled beef slices and let simmer for a couple of minutes.
- Serve in bowls, topped with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with coconut or almond milk. You can also add fresh vegetables for nutritional value.
