Description

A comforting bowl of Spicy Korean Ramen with tender grilled beef and a creamy, spicy broth that warms the soul.


Ingredients

  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 200g grilled beef, sliced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat and sauté garlic and ginger for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Pour in beef broth and bring to a gentle boil. Stir in gochujang and soy sauce until well mixed.
  3. Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions (3-4 minutes) until tender yet chewy.
  4. Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream to create a creamy sauce.
  5. Gently add grilled beef slices and let simmer for a couple of minutes.
  6. Serve in bowls, topped with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with coconut or almond milk. You can also add fresh vegetables for nutritional value.
