- 200g noodles (your choice)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced chicken to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for about one minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the soy sauce and honey, stirring to combine until the sauce thickens.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss until coated in the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately, garnishing with chopped green onions.
Notes
For added texture and flavor, consider garnishing with chopped nuts or sesame seeds. Adjust soy sauce and honey to personal taste.
