Description

A comforting dish of sticky garlic chicken and noodles, coated in a sweet and savory sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 200g noodles (your choice)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the sliced chicken to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for about one minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and honey, stirring to combine until the sauce thickens.
  6. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss until coated in the sauce.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve immediately, garnishing with chopped green onions.
