- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions

- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, sugar, eggs, flour, salt, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually stir in the water to thin out the mixture.
- Pour the custard mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Place the baking dish in a larger baking pan, and fill the pan with hot water to create a water bath.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-50 minutes, or until the custard is set and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature for better blending. Use a water bath to prevent cracking and ensure even cooking. Allow cooling for cleaner slices.
