Description
A quick and satisfying Tuna Avocado Salad combining creamy avocado, tender tuna, and zesty lime. Perfect for a light lunch, picnic treat, or dinner.

- 1 can canned tuna packed in water
- 2 ripe Hass avocados
- 1/4 cup red onions, minced
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
- Drain the tuna thoroughly.
- Cube the avocados into approximately half-inch pieces.
- Mince the red onions very finely.
- Dice the celery into small pieces.
- Chop the cilantro including some of the tender stems.
- Add all ingredients to a medium bowl and mix until evenly distributed.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with more lime juice or salt if needed.
Notes
Serve on a bed of greens, in a wrap, or straight from the bowl. Keep avocado fresh by adding it just before serving if prepping for later.
