Description

Ingredients

  • 2 1⁄4 cups (450g) granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Melt the unsalted butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat once fully melted.
  3. Stir in the granulated sugar, followed by the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until glossy.
  4. Beat in the cocoa powder, flour, and salt until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth it evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until fudgy and firm.
