- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper. Toss well until coated.
- Spread the seasoned cauliflower onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- While the cauliflower is roasting, prepare the lemon pepper glaze by mixing lemon juice, lemon zest, maple syrup, garlic powder, and onion powder in a small bowl.
- Once the cauliflower is done, drizzle the glaze over it and toss gently to coat.
- Return to the oven and roast for an additional 5-7 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra crispy texture, broil the cauliflower for the last minute of baking, and consider adding fresh herbs or red pepper flakes for variation.
