Ingredients

  • 1 large tortilla wrap (whole wheat or regular)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, finely chopped (red and green)
  • 1/2 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients on a clean, flat surface.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  3. Add chopped bell peppers, spinach, and sliced black olives. Mix well.
  4. Season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  5. Lay the tortilla wrap flat and spread the filling evenly across it, leaving a small border.
  6. Roll the tortilla tightly from one side to form a cylinder.
  7. Slice the rolled tortilla into pinwheels, about 1 to 1.5 inches wide.
  8. Arrange the pinwheels on a platter and optionally secure them with toothpicks.
  9. Serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
