- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced

Instructions
- Gather all ingredients on a clean, flat surface.
- In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Add chopped bell peppers, spinach, and sliced black olives. Mix well.
- Season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Lay the tortilla wrap flat and spread the filling evenly across it, leaving a small border.
- Roll the tortilla tightly from one side to form a cylinder.
- Slice the rolled tortilla into pinwheels, about 1 to 1.5 inches wide.
- Arrange the pinwheels on a platter and optionally secure them with toothpicks.
- Serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
