Description

Delightful no-bake pralines combining crunchy walnuts, rich chocolate, and sweet cookie crumbs, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup of walnuts, finely chopped
  • 1 cup of cookie crumbs (such as digestive biscuits or graham crackers)
  • 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup of butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • Chocolate for coating (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine walnuts, cookie crumbs, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder.
  2. Add softened butter, milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until a cohesive dough forms.
  3. Scoop out portions of dough and roll them into small balls, roughly 1 inch in diameter.
  4. If desired, melt chocolate and dip each praline into it, covering completely.
  5. Place the pralines on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  6. Once chilled, serve and enjoy!

Notes

Try substituting different nuts or adding spices for variation. Keeps fresh in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
