Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

  • Whipped cream, for topping
  • Peppermint candy canes, crushed, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until evenly combined.
  3. Press the mixture into a pie dish to form the crust.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Cool completely before proceeding.
  6. Melt white chocolate until smooth; set aside to cool slightly.
  7. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until fluffy.
  8. Mix in melted white chocolate and peppermint extract until fully incorporated.
  9. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

  13. Top with whipped cream and crushed peppermint candy canes before serving.
