Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until evenly combined.

- Cool completely before proceeding.
- Melt white chocolate until smooth; set aside to cool slightly.
- Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until fluffy.
- Mix in melted white chocolate and peppermint extract until fully incorporated.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
- Pour mousse filling into the cooled crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Top with whipped cream and crushed peppermint candy canes before serving.
