A quick and easy banana bread recipe using just three ingredients: ripe bananas, cake mix, and eggs.

- 1 ½ cups mashed ripe bananas
- 15 oz yellow cake mix
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C (350F) and prepare a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Mash the ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until they reach a pudding-like consistency.
- Add the eggs to the mashed bananas and mix until combined.
- Pour in the yellow cake mix and stir until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 45-55 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Allow the banana bread to cool in the pan for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Great with added nuts or chocolate chips. Store in an airtight container or freeze for later enjoyment.
