Description
A quick, guilt-free snack that offers a crispy and healthy alternative to traditional potato chips.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 medium zucchinis
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
- Wash the zucchinis thoroughly and slice them into thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to coat.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer, ensuring they don’t overlap.
- Bake for about 30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until light golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly before serving warm or at room temperature.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding smoked paprika or cayenne pepper. Storing in an airtight container helps maintain crispiness.
