- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the mashed bananas and mix well.
- Sift together the flour and baking soda, then gradually add to the banana mixture.
- Fold in the chopped pecans and chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto a lined baking sheet.
- Make a thumbprint in the center of each cookie and fill it with caramel sauce.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
Notes
