- 1 can Canned Tuna, drained
- 1/4 cup Green Onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Egg
- Oil for frying
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the canned tuna with green onions, breadcrumbs, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and the egg. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into small, round patties.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice for a spicy mayo.
- Serve the tuna cakes warm with the spicy mayo on the side.
Notes
