Description

A decadent, creamy dish featuring tortellini, juicy steak, and garlicky cream sauce.

Ingredients

  • Steak (sliced, sirloin or flank)
  • Tortellini (fresh or frozen)
  • Cream (heavy or half-and-half)
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced steak and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes; season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add cooked tortellini to the skillet and mix gently.
  6. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate steak slices before cooking. Substitute some cream with cream cheese for a richer sauce.
