Ingredients
- Steak (sliced, sirloin or flank)
- Tortellini (fresh or frozen)
- Cream (heavy or half-and-half)
- Garlic (minced)
- Parmesan cheese (grated)
- Olive oil

- Pepper
- Parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced steak and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes; season with salt and pepper.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Stir in cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add cooked tortellini to the skillet and mix gently.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, marinate steak slices before cooking. Substitute some cream with cream cheese for a richer sauce.
