Description

A creamy cheese ball recipe that’s perfect for gatherings, featuring a blend of flavors and textures everyone will love.


Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups freshly grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Dash of black pepper
  • 2/3 cup pecans, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Place cream cheese in a mixing bowl and mix until smooth.
  2. Add cheddar, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, parsley, garlic powder, oregano, and pepper.
  3. Mix well to combine all ingredients evenly.
  4. Use a spatula to scrape and shape into a rough ball.
  5. Lightly grease hands and form mixture into a round ball.
  6. Place chopped pecans on a plate and roll the cheese ball to coat all sides.
  7. Wrap in cling wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour to firm.
  8. Let it sit at room temperature for 20 minutes before serving.
  9. Serve with crackers, pretzels, or veggies.
