Description

A delightful pasta salad loaded with crab and shrimp in a creamy dressing, perfect for summer gatherings or as a comforting side dish.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (red and green)
  • 1/4 cup zesty relish
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled macaroni, crab meat, and shrimp, and toss gently.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, relish, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Fold in the diced celery and bell peppers gently.
  6. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving and enjoy!

Notes
