- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 1 cup cooked crab meat
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (red and green)
- 1/4 cup zesty relish
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled macaroni, crab meat, and shrimp, and toss gently.
- In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, relish, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and stir to combine.
- Fold in the diced celery and bell peppers gently.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding Old Bay seasoning or hot sauce. Can be stored in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
