Description

A refreshing and vibrant Cucumber Tomato Salad that brings summer vibes to your table with its crisp textures and zesty dressing.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium Cucumbers, sliced
  • 4 medium ripe Tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 small Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons White vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano or Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Slice cucumbers into thin rounds or half moons and cut tomatoes into wedges.
  2. Thinly slice the red onion and combine all the vegetables in a large mixing bowl.
