Description

A delightful cheese bread with a golden crust and soft, fluffy texture, perfect for breakfast or as a snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheese until evenly distributed.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and melted butter.
  5. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
