Description

An indulgent frozen dessert featuring layers of Oreo crust, fudge sauce, and chocolate ice cream, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 16 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup fudge sauce
  • 1 cup whipped cream or Cool Whip
  • 1/2 cup peanuts, chopped
  • 2 cups chocolate ice cream

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter. Mix until evenly coated, then press into the bottom of a 9×9 inch baking dish.
  2. Pour the fudge sauce evenly over the Oreo crust and spread gently with a spatula.
  3. In another bowl, fold whipped cream into chocolate ice cream until smooth, then spread over the fudge layer.
  4. Sprinkle chopped peanuts over the ice cream layer.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 240 minutes or until firm.
  6. Once frozen, let sit for a few minutes, cut into squares, and serve.
