Instructions
- Rinse the romaine lettuce under cold water and dry it with a salad spinner.
- Thinly slice the romaine into bite-sized pieces.
- Dice the scallions and chop the dill.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, and salt until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine, dill, scallions, and feta.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
