Instructions
- Pour 1/2 cup of olive oil into a mixing bowl.
- Drain the jar of marinated artichokes and add them to the bowl.
- Introduce 8 ounces of mini fresh mozzarella balls into the bowl.
- Gently mix all ingredients together using a spatula.
- Add a handful of favorite olives, if desired.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
- For optimal taste, let it marinate longer, even overnight.
