Instructions

- Cook the Strawberries: Combine strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan over medium heat until syrupy.
- Assemble the Brain Mold: Pour cheesecake filling into the crust and drizzle with strawberry syrup, swirling for a marbled effect.
- Freeze, Chill, and Unmold: Freeze for about 4 hours to set, then unmold carefully.
- Serve Drizzled with Syrup: Cut and serve with extra strawberry syrup on the side.
