- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 4 ounces white chocolate, chopped
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
- 5 (1.55 ounce) Hershey’s chocolate bars, chopped (7.75 oz chocolate)
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons crushed peppermint candy canes
Instructions
- Line a 9” x 5” loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
- Melt the chopped white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Gradually whisk the melted white chocolate into the sweetened condensed milk mixture.
- Whip the cold heavy whipping cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
- Fold half the whipped cream into the sweetened milk mixture, then add the remaining whipped cream.
- Carefully fold in the chopped chocolate and crushed candy canes.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan, cover, and freeze for 4 to 6 hours or overnight until firm.
Notes
For a creamier texture, add a splash of oil to the melted white chocolate if it thickens. Customize your flavors by swapping candy canes or adding extra peppermint extract.
