- 1 can of Pillsbury biscuits
- 4 tablespoons of garlic butter
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to the Pillsbury biscuit package instructions.
- In a small bowl, blend garlic butter with chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Separate the biscuits and flatten each one slightly.
- Place a spoonful of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit and fold the edges over to seal.
- Arrange the filled biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops of the biscuits with the garlic butter mixture.
- Bake according to package instructions until golden brown and the cheese is melting.
- Let cool slightly before serving warm.
