Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can of Pillsbury biscuits
  • 4 tablespoons of garlic butter
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the Pillsbury biscuit package instructions.
  2. In a small bowl, blend garlic butter with chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Separate the biscuits and flatten each one slightly.
  4. Place a spoonful of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit and fold the edges over to seal.
  5. Arrange the filled biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Brush the tops of the biscuits with the garlic butter mixture.
  7. Bake according to package instructions until golden brown and the cheese is melting.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving warm.
