- 1 Fresh Pineapple, chopped
- 1 English Cucumber, sliced
- 2 Fresh Limes, zested and juiced
- 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Black Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Trim the top and bottom of the pineapple and slice away the thick outer skin. Chop the pineapple into bite-sized chunks.
- Wash the English cucumber, slice it in half lengthwise, and cut into half-moon shapes.
- Zest and juice the limes, then add both to a mixing bowl with the pineapple and cucumber.
- Finely chop the cilantro and add to the bowl. Gently fold all ingredients together, adding salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
For best results, serve fresh and combine ingredients just before serving to maintain texture.
