Description

A creamy, rich pumpkin fudge perfect for the holiday season, combining sweet and spicy flavors in a simple recipe.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups white chocolate chips (24 ounces)
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk (8 ounces)
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons 100% pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon cloves

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 pan with aluminum foil and set aside.
  2. Stir the sweetened condensed milk well before use.
  3. Melt the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk together over low heat, stirring often.
  4. Stir in the pumpkin puree, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least four hours to set, then cut and serve.
