Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and olive oil.
- Slowly pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, folding gently until just combined.
- Fold in crumbled sausage, shredded cheese, and optional vegetables.
