Instructions

- Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden. Let cool completely.
- Make the Cream Cheese Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing well.
- Whip the Cream: In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Combine: Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth.
- Fill: Spoon the filling into the cooled crust and smooth the top.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Prepare the Strawberries: Toss strawberries with sugar and lemon juice, let sit 15 minutes.
- Top and Serve: Top pie with strawberries, slice, and serve chilled.
