Description

A vibrant and refreshing fruit salad that combines the sweetness of bananas, mandarin oranges, and fresh pineapple, making for a perfect summer treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 box Vanilla Pudding Mix (dry)
  • 1 can (15 oz) Mandarin Oranges, undrained
  • 1 cup Fresh Pineapple Chunks

Instructions

  1. Slice Bananas into half-inch rounds.
  2. Chop fresh pineapple into bite-sized chunks.
  3. Open the can of mandarin oranges, leaving the syrup intact.
  4. In a large bowl, combine all the fruit, including the syrup from the mandarin oranges.
  5. Sprinkle the vanilla pudding mix over the fruit and gently fold to combine.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
